Delicious in soups, pies and curries. Pumpkin plants produce a number of small pumpkins per plant. For larger fruits, simply stop the stems when 2 pumpkins have begun to develop and these will grow up to 4-7kg (8-15lbs).
Pumpkins need a sunny position, moisture-retentive soil and shelter from cold wind.
