Pittosporum 'Irene Patterson' is a large shrub with wavy oval leaves, green sprinkled with white. The flowers, small and bell-shaped, appear in April-May. Often used as a hedging shrub, it lends itself quite well to pruning. In free form, it can also make an excellent small hedgerow shrub. It prefers sunny exposures but can also grow in light shade.
 
Pittosporum 'Gold Star' is an evergreen bushy shrub with red branches that have wavy margined, yellow/green variegated leaves & fragrant small maroon flowers.
