Azaleas bloom in the spring (usually around April - May), their flowers often lasting several weeks. Azaleas offer many appealing aspects when placed in a garden border or bed. They should be planted in moist, well-drained soil and given frequent watering in Spring and Summer to allow for the warmer weather.
