Campanula are great for pollinators, with masses of large blue, open flowers. Being very showy by nature, they make a great cut flower for displays.
 
Campanula also work well in rock gardens or as an edging plant.  These perennial bellflowers are excellent at the middle or back of a cottage garden border.
